End-game experience: Currently done 1st boss in ICC10, and all other lich king raids except ruby sanctum.
Glyphs: Arcane Blast, Arcane Missiles and Molten armour. The 1st two buff the damage of their own spells which makes a substantial dps increase, and molten armour glyph also increases my crit by a % of my spirit which also adds more dps.
Do you stand in fire?: in my own time...not in a raid.
Mods/addons do you use in raids: DBM, Omen.
Research boss fights: Tankspot gerenally helps alot, and of course youtube if need be.
Fight Rotations: arcane blast x 4 - Arcane missiles, if it procs, if not i either keep casting arcane blast depending on my mana pool, if its low, ill cast arcane barrage if missiles does not proc.
What it means to be in a casual guild: For it to be a fairly relaxed environment. Not being a massive clusterF@#k when it comes to raiding. BUt when raids do come around, you get the job done with no troubles.

Came from dath'remar, i went inactive for a few months due to study, when i came back i saw dath was very low on pop so i came here. Then i saw you were a weekend raiding guild which would be perfect.

I'm going to have to decline this application due to us having a lack of melee.
