Ryuu: Left as I decided to transfer my main to the Horde for a fresh start after 4 years.
Have you read and agreed to the rules that apply to you as either a raider or a casual member? If so, summarise them up for us: Yes, I have read your rules and can state that I would be able to comply comfortably as a raider. I agree with your raid philosophy and your statements about Attitude. Also appreciate the role of the raid leader and the responsibilities that they have.
Do you plan on raiding (effort, attendance, stats requirements, etc) or being a casual member (part of big family but not a raider)? Keep in mind that if you change idea and want to be a raider you will have to apply again as a raider and your skills will be tested before accepting you: Application for RAIDER.
Tell us something about yourself as a person, the more the merrier: I am an Aussie studying to be a school teacher at Newcastle University. I'm 26 years of age and have been playing WoW since late 2005. I'm a typical bloke, likes to keep active and work hard at my part-time job. I'm pretty open minded and always like discussing things WoW related like class mechanics, old raid content and so on.

Heretic has three different time-zones in which we raid in which progress at different rates. We expect you to choose one time-zone and stick with that raid group unless it’s absolutely crucial you switch. All times stated are in compliance with the server times. Which time-zone suits you the best and why?

Even though I am an Aussie player, I work during the evenings so most of my playtime is during the middle of the day. I am currently finishing up a busy semester at University and can only be available for some days of the week from 12-3:30pm Server Time but that ceases in a couple of weeks and thankfully I won't have a clogged timetable for next year.
We want all raiders to have duel specialization and be knowledgeable on both the specializations you use. You will be required to pick a specialization as your main specialization and the other will be known as your “Off spec”.
The guild may have too many of one of your chosen specializations and may require you to change for the good of the guild. Would you comply: Yes
What will you choose as your main specialization and why: Arcane 57/3/11 as it is the spec I feel most comfortable with and perform the best with. It is comparable DPS with fire and until 3.3 I believe it performs excellent in a 10/25 raid situation.
What will you choose as your off specialization and why: Frostfire 0/53/18 as for some encounters an FFB or arc/fire build will consistently outperform arcane in certain encounters (Anub'Arak).

What glyphs do you use and why did you choose those ones out of the many others: Arcane is pretty standard, for maximum DPS your primary spells are Arcane Blast & Arcane Missiles (Missile Barrage Procced of course) and Molten Armour for the critical rating.

How well do you think you know your class’s mechanics? Also, tell us something that you think is special to your class and why it’s special: Extremely well, Glavinius is my only Level 80 (have a paladin at 78) and the free water
What do you think it means to be in a casual guild, for yourself and other members of the guild: I was a member of Fey Mercurial on Khaz'Goroth/Dath'Remar for some time and believe that theres more to life than WoW, but when the time comes to sit down and play, you play well and give a high amount of effort to help others.
