How did you hear about Heretic: forum
Voucher: Not at this stage
Guild History: I recently transferred to Horde from Ally on Nagrand. I was in League of Awesomeness with my main. Since transfering to Horde my Paladin has become my main and am yet to join a raiding guild on this server
Rules Agreements: Real life comes first. Try and socialise with the guild as much as possible, whether or not you are raiding. Be patient and understanding to guildies. And most importantly HAVE FUN!!
About you: Wowzers!! Where do I start? Theres just so much to tell lol. I'm 23 and work for a Business Planning Consultancy company in Adelaide. I have been playing WoW for about 4 years now and for some reason still enjoy it. I was a hardcore raider through BC up until i burnt out just before Sunwell. Now just looking for a casual raiding guild that likes to have fun but is serious when they raid. Im very easy going and love a laugh. Often the clown over vent (much to my misses' disgust). Thats bout it for now really. Oh yeah, I like to play wow naked.
Raid Info ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Raid Time-Zone: au
Main specialization: Protection
Off specialization: Retribution, but thinking might go holy
Do you Vent?: yes
End-game experience: With this toon. I have not cleared much at this stage. I only dinged Thursday but have been working hard to gear up. Since then I have done 4/5 TOC25, 2/7 ICC10. On my previous main which I hope to bring across to the guild as well (DK Unholy DPS with Blood Tank offspec, better geared than pally ). I have cleared 5/7 ICC10, 5/5TOC25, 5/5 TOC10. I also have a Resto Druid that I may bring over from ally too. Cleared 5/5 TOC10 and thats bout it on her
Glyphs: Glyph of Seal of Corruption: No brainer really, 10+ expertise when active. More expertise = more threat Glyph of Divine Plea: A good pally tank will have Divine Plea active for 99% of the fight. 3% reduced damage from all sources. Damn good value! Glyph of Hammer of the Righteous: Hits 1 extra target. While no extra benefit on a boss fight the extra +1 for trash pulls is great, and hell theres quite a bit of trash in ICC. Gylphs of HoJ, AS and Salv are very situational to me where as the above the benefits are obvious.
Do you stand in fire?: Who doesnt enjoy that? Hell I know DPS seem to. Nah just jokes. Situational awareness is key. As any BC raider will know the shit flying around and popping up from the ground and dropping from the sky was alot more hardcore back then than it is now and thats once of the key skills I bought from BC. The glittering red stuff isnt actually a buff
Mods/addons do you use in raids: Again. Wowzers!! DBM Pitbull MSBT Bartender PallyPower Decursive Quartz Omen Recount etc...
Research boss fights: Mainly Tankspot if I'm looking for the Vids. But if I'm at work and feel like reading up on a few fights, I find Wowwiki is too bad either
Fight Rotations: Single Target Boss Fight Divine Plea, Avengers Shield, SotR, Conc, HotR, Holy Shield, SotR, JoW rinse and repeat from SotR
What it means to be in a casual guild: First and foremost a guild is somewhere to have fun and socialise. But for me, I love spreading my knowledge. I do alot of research for the classes I play and the fights I'm in and I love to share it with others. But I must say getting every raid member to click and beat that boss fight which you been wiping on for the first time is freakin awesome.
Thats bout it guys. Thanks for the chance to app. Talk soon
